Does Seal of Righteousness count as a swing on its own? 2 examples;

1. If I judge a target with Judgment of Wisdom and attack it, I have a chance to regain 59 mana. If i do this with Seal of Righteousness on I see frequently 2 procs of 59mana instantaneous.
2. If I apply Shadow Oil which only procs once every 6.667 (15%), with SoR on it seems to proc closer to 3.33 (30%)

So apparently it does seem like a swing(?) - The real question is this actually a Blizzlike Vanilla Feature?

Decided to do a pally for old time's sake and I'm wondering what builds are people using for leveling? 

I personally am aiming for a main holy spec, with Str and imp SoR in the first tiers, then getting some more healer-related talents. Think this will help with solo leveling as well as be a decent healer for instances; after that, around 50, will probably switch to a more pvp-oriented build (that's my end-game goal). I actually have the Hand, so was just wondering if there was any value to the raid using it with T1 set instead of standing around in the mish mash of raiding BiS heal items cobbled together? In the T1 my quick heal is about 90hp less per cast, but obviously i constantly heal my group and can cast instant Holy Lights at times.

Just wondering about your thoughts of preferences for enchants and librams for prot spec? I am about to level 60 and am somewhat daunted by the lack of intellect on pre raid gear.. so i was wondering if slotting in mana/int enchants in places is worthwhile or not. Also for sheild enchant i would assume 2% block is absolutely the best but again my logic  might be found lacking.

Also, if you the nk I can’t tank as a pally, good for you. You may collect your cookie at the prize counter. I was regularly invited to raids on Nost as a MS Tank (Read: NOT a healer with a tankset), so I really have no interest in hearing naysayers tell me that I can’t do things I can, and have, done.

A paladin seems super weak because it has almost zero CC's. Can't slow, can't use ranged weapons. Has nothing to catch an enemy. You can only run and autoattack. Everyone can escape from you or kite you and laugh on you. You can't even stop someone on mount like in tbc with judgement of seal of justice. Going this way i'd rate paladin and warrior as the worst pvp classes. Warrior has at least charge and slow but still a hunter or mage can kite him and play with him like with a kid. Why it is like that? A mage has milion CC's slow, poli, blink, iceblock same with warlock fear spam/pet or rogue with milion stuns, stealth, blind, sprint. What i mean is that a paladin or warrior will never kill a mage, hunter, lock or rogue because they can simple kite you or escape from you cus you can't catch them anyway. And even if you catch them, they can blink, vanish or whatever again. It's not fair, paladin has almost nothing useful in pvp. Maybe it's not bad in group pvp like battleground but 1vs1 or world pvp encounters? You have no chance or at least no fair, balanced chance. I'm really considering rerolling to mage/rogue/hunter/lock/shaman or even druid who can simple change form 100 times and run away because you can't stop him. Am i wrong? Because it looks like that, a paladin looks like the worst pvp class. I really like the class itself but i'm super triggered when people do whatever they want with me because i have no response for that.

What do you experts think of that? It's not intended for end game raiding (even though I healed in ZG/MC as full ret back in the day) but for dungeon crawling to obtain pre-raid BiS, farming some gold and maybe even some PvP  (no R14 goals..).

IF I find myself in a  place where I've farmed enough gold/materials/whatever and got some armour with ok stats I do intend to go full holy, but this spec is intended for a fresh level 60 with random blue dungeon items and questing greens. Looking for some advice from seasoned Paladins, player of lesser classes can also comment if they bring something valuable into the discussion.

Played a holy paladin in TBC, in PvP and PvE, as a Shockadin and loved it.

I have never played a pally in Vanilla and I am interested in rolling one here. I would like to know if is it not (painfully) slow leveling as holy in 1.12.1? Would a ret spec be the way to go? I like grouping for instances very much and would I be right to say that a healer is in high demand for dungeons? I have heard tanks are strongly needed.

In comparison to healing in TBC, is Vanilla much different, more difficult?  At 60, in PvP, are Shockadins a thing? In TBC (2.4.2), they could do an impressive amount of burst damage and could heal nicely.

1. From autoattacks: Are the damage affected by spellpower, can it crit and if so are that affected by spell crit?

2. Judgment SoR: Are the damage affected by spellpower, can it crit and if so are that affected by spell crit?

B. Seal of Command:

1. From autoattacks: The holy damage are it affected by spellpower, can it crit and if so are that affected by spell crit?

2. Judgement SoC: The holy damage are it affected by spellpower, can it crit and if so are that affected by spell crit?

C. Consecration:

1. The damage are it affected by spellpower or attackpower?

2. The ticks can they crit and if so are that affected by spellcrit?

D. Weapon proc (fire, frost, nature and holy dmg procs)

1. Will the weaponproc be affected by spellpower?

2. Will the weapon proc be able to crit?

3. If its a holy dmg proc will it be affected by Sanctity aura?

It does the job however everytime i heal, my character stop attacking >< and it's a real pain to have to click on the mob/boss again to resume auto attack (for seal of wisdom) everytime i cast a spell. Is it possible to maybe add a line which will allow me to continue attacking ?

I buff and judge SotC>buff SoR> /sit between swings> but im at like 40% health on the same level mob when its finally dead.

It seems that my auto attack toggles off when I use /sit. Is this what is causing my issue?
