Me and my friend want to do this sunday a DM run.

We are searching 3 DD's to complete a full party. We will also do the quests but not the pre quests.

1-Contract. The player may offer his services as dps, tank or heal to help groups in need for dungeons.

a) The player is allowed to roll for items, ONLY GREED, as is understood that the player has max level and won’t need anything for himself. If the player is interested in a particular item of the dungeon, he may agreed with the group. In this case the player can need the item, only if accpept.

b) The player can need items if the dungeon is higher than level 55, as is understood that the player may be recent 60 and needs the item for gear progression.

c) A guild (or members of a guild) can be hire for raids. This players will be allowed to need items as the rest.

d) Braking any of those points will affect the reputation of the player (or guild) and be include in a black list. The party (or leader of the party) that brake the rules will be on the buyers black list.

2- Payment. (I suggest)

a) For dungeons lower than level 55. The player can request a payment of 5 golds (maybe per hour, maybe per dungeon, up to you but I suggest 5 per dungeon)

b) For dungeons higher than level 55. The player can request a payment of 10 golds (maybe per hour, maybe per dungeon, up to you but I suggest 10 per dungeon)

c) For raids. The player, guild or guild members that offer their services for raids can request 10 golds per player (maybe per hour, maybe per dungeon, up to you but I suggest 10 per player)

d) Braking any of those points will affect the reputation of the player (or guild) and be include in a black list. The party (or leader of the party) that brake the rules will be on the buyers black list.

c) The player must be at least 15 levels higher than the dungeon group (at the start of the dungeon) to request any payment. The min level of the player to request payment can be lower if a low price is agreed with the dungeon group. In this case the player is allowed to roll greed only.

Now, some things that may happen if someone decide to follow this guild:

1- Mercenary Guilds. A guild may be created only for this purpose. Ranks inside the guild may be decided by the amount of income that a player brings to the guild (I’m just dreaming here), terms agreed by the leader.

2- Free agents. Players may decide to use this system to make some cash (Caching!). They may decide how much gold to request for their services based in their skill, quality services, etc.

3- (In my opinion) Depending on your will to help other players the price and terms may be modify.

First of all, we want to play 3 trolls (Cause RP and fun about this crazy race)

One Wants to Play war, good Point for us. I want to play Mage.

My other friend is hesitating : priest or chaman...

War + priest + mage ?

Or War + chaman + mage ? 

We want to avoid fighting between us about gear (priest vs mage), but maybe chaman is too short about healing for instances.

And I guess late game, priest will have to spe heal so it won’t be the same gear needed for each of us, even if it is only clothe gear.

I am a little bit lost about this choice of class, and I have to inform that my friend  doesn’t care about playing priest or chaman, we just want to know the most efficient team !

GDKP – Gold DKP – What is it
When an item drops that you want, you bid gold for it and the highest bid wins.  At the end of the raid, we distribute the gold pot 20 ways – so everyone gets something.  Your time is valuable and if you’re not going to get an item, I want to pay you for it.  I’ve found this way of dividing gear to be a lot of fun – and for people who are already well geared, a great way to farm raid mats and such.

I've just put on my nostalgia glasses, creating an Orc Rogue now on level 10. I was wondering about two things:

1. Is it possible to join a guild even if you're low level? I see people seeking but only for raiding, and on the other hand I don't see anyone seeking low levels or for socializing. That's why I have to ask whether or not it's possible to enter a raiding guild for example, even you're not 60 yet?

2: I heard that TBC will be added late 2018. Is it possible for me to do a no sleep schedule, manage to get level 60 and still raid Vanilla raids? I feel like I have to rush before TBC launches, and I prefer not missing out the vanilla raid experience, since I never cleared vanilla Naxx (first five bosses if I remember correctly).

As the title suggests I am looking for a raid group. The important thing here, I do not wish to change guilds. I am sadly unable to raid with my own guild as their raiding schedule doesn't suit me.

I can either be a Healer or a caster DPS and am fully pre BiS geared including enchants on both specs, though my main spec is Restoration.

I have been playing WoW on the official server since Vanilla, though haven't started raiding until WotLK. On Nighthaven I have killed Onyxia and my MC experience is 10/10.

My availability is as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30/8pm to midnight GMT. I cannot start sooner than that but I can extend on Friday and Saturday due to it being the weekend.

Anyone want to get this done and off their quest log?   In the current patch is takes a raid to complete this quest and I would like to get a bunch of people together to get it done.   Depending on the response, probably Thursday (March 1st) or later next week.   I'm usually on any time after 930pm EST if you want to send me an ingame message.   Respond if you are down.   Since the quest completion is reliant on talking to an NPC after the battle... any Horde that want to help are welcome.   <I> have no intention on attacking.

For an invite to the run, go to Inn in Orgrimmar and look for the big fat Tauren Warrior named "Seeth".  An inspection of gear will take place before the invite.  Expected gear is pre-raid bis (or second best).  Missing a piece or two will be acceptable.  You will be expected to be in the raid from roughly 8pm EST until 11pm EST.  An entire arsenal of consumables is not expected, however, the basic (and relatively cheap) ones are (i.e. a stack of healing potions, elixir of the mongoose, elixir of shadow power, etc.).  Being able to connect to our guild discord is also required.  Link will be given in raid chat.

It looks like we are going to be short on Holy Priests, Resto Druids, Warlocks, Hunters and Mages.  However, if you are of another spec and still interested in joining, don't be afraid to ask for an invite as we might still be short.

Loot rules:

1) MS (the spec you joined the raid as) > OS.  For each item you receive, you will have -50 added to any future roll.  This will help prevent a player from getting lucky and winning every roll while also still giving them at least a shot at looting a second item (thus incentive for them to stay and help).

2) All BOE green and blue armor/weapons will be randomly given to players that stick it out until the end of the run.

3) BOE set epics will be rolled on per #1 above.

4) All crafting materials are reserved for our guild (sorry this the price for us putting the effort to get this together).  Same goes for any recipe that drops or bindings.

*Run was a success.  We downed Luci and Geh resulting in a total of 6 epics distributed to 6 participants.
