Where to report flaming and ninja looters?

I wasnt sure where to report them, forums or by ticket? I couldnt see a section about it in forums

Did you read the ToU?

Did you read the "read here before posting"?

I'll let you do those things before giving you your cold reality answer.

But perhaps incidents that are related to your realm should be kept under the sub,forum specific to your realm.

Hey koseku,

What the players above have tried to explain (and failed badly at) is that this is a private server, and therefore there are no rules against ninja looting and even flaming to some extent. 

The only thing you risk with bad behaviour here is your reputation, if you wish to punish this player make his misdeeds known, name and shame him in public channels etc, so other players avoid him.

Short of this there isn't much else you can do.

tbh the tou is only for show anyway

you can basically call ppl niggers in game and nothing will be done about that 

i contacted the gm and he said they wont do anything about racial slurs , i contacted them about someone ms looting gear and disenchanting it and d/e it and nothing was done about that

gold buyers/sellers get unbanned because they are friendly with the staff 

 

just dont even bother

Sadly, we've a plethora of trolls ingame and out. there's not much to be done about them until elysium is willing to set a code of conduct, and hold people to it. 

as-is, your best bet for ninja looters is to take screenshots. if they're from a decent guild, talk to their guild leadership. as a last resort, post on your server forums so other people know not to group with them.

Blizzard banned people for ninja looting for over a decade, and only recently finally fixed the loot system to make it impossible. (no masterloot unless guild group) 

And Blizzard banned, and bans, people for violating the code of conduct. Arguably it took (and takes) a Lot of douchebaggery to get banned, but Yeah.
