I need help I recently reformatted my pc  and now i lost my username to log into my game I cant even remember the email i used to create account becuase the email i always use are blacklisted by the company i use to i had to choose a dif brand i dont  normaly use to create an Elyisum  account to play , thats why i cant remember my email i used . 2ndly i still remember my password by heart just cant find my username and cant remember the damn email i used

omg man i put months of work into my toons  sucks cus i know the pw   2ndly i think i found my username but now it saying its closed why?  said that during the login process

I found a old working account is it possible i can get my main toons on the old working account?

Sadly you will have to remember your credentials.

 

If you try and test im sure you will find it as you did with your old account, just keep trying.
