what is the use of Upsers ? Is it similar to US postal service I. e USPS  or is it different? anyways US postal service is shit and it provides worst service.

Here I found the most interesting article about the United States Postal services. You guys can refer. It has also mentioned liteblue usps login which is the official online login portal of USPS employees.
