i had a couple characters on anathema and havent played since about september or october. does that mean i have to reroll as well?

why is there not an email i can reach out to someone at?

I havent played in a couple months and i cant find my characters! when i log in my characters arent there. when i try to do the character recovery it says my email and username are invalid. i did a password change and it is still not accepting it. please help. when i last played i think my character was on the anathema server. my last log in was i think october. Update: When on the realm choosing screen after opening WoW it shows that i have 2 characters on Nighthaven but when i select the server my characters are not there to choose from.
