So basically I have been having an issue logging into the website which has made it impossible to transfer prior characters over I know my account email but I’m not super sure on the password so I send myself a new password but every time I apply it says there is no account listed in that name however I try to create a new account but it says that email is taken so how can there be no account on an email that’s taken I’m confused

I’m also able to access my old account but due to recent server changes I was required to start over and haven’t been able to transfer

I also use my game login and password but that still won’t log me in the website
