Hepax

Hi My character restored(alliance, Pimi) few days ago, but the mailbox not working. If I send a mail to another character, my name is: Unknown(problem, but not big...) But the biggest problem is my name does not exist, another ppl can't send me mail, because system says: Can't find mail recipient I try to delete wdb, wtf, addons folders, but nothing change. Pls help. Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
