is their a way to show enemy buffs on the target frame whenever i target a alliance player i cant see their buffs on the target frame yet if i target a ally player i see alll their buffs ?

i am currently suck on part 6/7 of the shaman water totem quest. i killed the elemental to get the binding but forgot to talk to the elemtnal that gets summoned and went afk now i am unable to get any water sapta from any source to complete my water totem quest can you help please
