    This wasn't helpful at all... @NEPGEAR... I can not find anything useful with the search tool regarding I can sign in to the game, but when I try to Authenticate on the Character restore page it says I have the wrong password. Did you even read my particular problem?

    So naturally after 6 months I've forgotten my password, so I reset it to find out there is no more Darrowshire. I read through the frontpage notes and see that I need to migrate my old characters but I can not sign in through the portal page to transfer characters... Is the password the same on that page as it is for my normal game log in or is it the same one that I just changed it from and can not recall? If it's the latter how do I get support to transfer my heros if I can not sign in through the transfer portal page?
