Nighthaven is the only realm Elysium runs has of currently. All the other realms are on a offline server has of Nov. 5th 2017 "When NIghthaven came out as a Fresh realm"

So when you created your ticket that I answered to, there was no link connected to it. Your Second ticket that Nalfein took you didn't have the link as well as the staff name and you were afk so the ticket was closed. Now that you have showed us the link, the staff appears to be a blue item which we only restore Epic quality and quest items. I am sorry for any inconvenience

I suggested deleting your WDB folder not the WTF folder.

Try Disabling your addons and try attacking a monster and see if that works for you!

Nighthaven players will get name priority though to the TBC server over the offline realms.

When did you make the account? You may be trying to login to an old account that doesn't exist.

If no similar issue exists, please open a new one. (You will need to create a GitHub account in order to submit an issue.)

There isn't an activation email, you can sign up and play! This is also the case for the forums so you shouldn't need to look for one.

You can make a Gm-ticket in game for the situation to be further looked into since it is an in-game issue and the game master will need to look at the character to decide what will happen.

It says your account is banned so you are going to have to make a ban appeal even if you don't know the reason. First check out this forum post https://forum.elysium-project.org/announcement/9-ban-appeal-information-read-before-posting/ , in there you will find all the information on making a ban appeal, fill it out the best you can and the team will reply to you!

You do not need curse to get addons, I am not sure if curse would even work on the vanilla client, You can go here to check out a bunch of addons that you can download here https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/40535-github-vanilla-addons/ , Inside your vanilla client folder, go into interface/AddOns and in there you will extract the .zips you downloaded.

Go into the directory where you downloaded the game, Go into WTF/Account/AccountName/NightHaven/Charname , Inside you will find "chat-cache", and "layout-cache" delete those two and see if that fixes your chat.

Make sure that you confirm the password change through your email.

You are going to need to make a ban appeal, First read this post https://forum.elysium-project.org/announcement/9-ban-appeal-information-read-before-posting/ Then you can go here to make your post, https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/351-ban-appeals/ . In the Ban Appeal a GM will look over your appeal and tell you what you were banned for, This way you will know the actions you done to get the ban or figure out the problem. just try to fill out the best you can!

Yes According to the new ToU Change "In an effort to maintain our commitment to a "Blizzlike" experience, the GM team will not get involved with player "griefing" disputes in game. The only exception to this rule is same-faction griefing, as determined by the GM Team. Example: You're farming mobs or killing a quest mob, and a mage of your same faction spam Polymorph's your mobs, causing you to be unable to kill it and complete your quest/farming. This is actionable by the GM team."

The only way you will have a chance of getting your old character back is if the Elysium teams decided to integrate them into the TBC expansion but the current realm nighthaven will have name priority. But currently no, there is no way to get your characters back.
