Perkzzz

Hey there, I played last oktober or november, I had a lvl 50 rogue named Perkzzz and a couple other chars on Elysium, now I cannot log into the game at all and even the website gives me a "Account not found" prompt when I try to recover my password or log into the website. What's going on? Regards

So I have to reroll for nighthaven either way, right? My old characters are not playable at the moment and won't be in the future?

Thanks for the fast reply, but how can I log into the site at least with my credentials? Since my account information doesn't get recognized.
