Hello I am currently a lvl 35 human warlock and went to Ironforge to begin the quest "Knowledge of the Orb of Orahil" which is a lvl 35 warlock class quest. However, the quest it gray and I cant accept it? Can any GM help me out?

Hello! I have not been playing on this server for a while, maybe some moths. However, I decided to try again and tried to log on but it failed and I don't know why? I'm 99% sure that I used this email and password. However, it keeps saying it is incorrect? Is there any way of recovering the account?
