Just be aware you will be subject to constant ganking by level 60s as soon as you enter contested zones. I don't mean occasional "lol you got me" ganks. I'm referring to constant corpse camping, graveyard camping, flight master and other NPC killing, etc. I played on a PVP server in vanilla, so speaking from experience the ganking is orders of magnitude worse here than in vanilla retail. You might be okay to grind is isolated areas, but don't expect to complete many quests after level 25 or so.

If by "at some point", you mean "at every single occasion you step foot into a contested zone and become flagged for PVP". I actually look forward to world PVP with people around my level, and working together with other horde players to take control of an area. The other day a few of us took control of windshear crag after some level ~30 alliance were harassing people trying to level. Soon after we got control, a level 60 dwarf hunter ran through and 1 shot everyone repeatedly. It was a really a fun and rewarding experience...
