Hello i got some problems, i cant really kill any monsters, when i atteck them i enter combat then leave immediately and the regain HP. I cant either see any names in the player/target portait, anyone else having this problem? please help

I dont know why but i cant accept EULA, I've tried to scroll with middle mouse, tried to mouse click and drag and i also tried with the arrows keys and page up and down keys, please help me i cant figure it out it has never happened to me before this is what it looks like https://imgur.com/dRYsXcr Thanks.
