    My characters are gone?

    Mergalf posted a topic in Help & Support

    I have had a long break from Elysium, and now when I have returned to the computer, I see that my old characters are gone.. I know there have been some issues with the database and so, but on the Test Server Realm, it says I have 3 characters but It is empty. I still have the folders from my characters, so is it possible to get them back? I dont know if the answers stands somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it, so I hope you can help! :)
