    Use a fastloot addon. And of course, auto-loot on. The Ambush is too quick for looting. (This is what I think at least, because I encounter the same problem but with Cheap Shot as opener.)

    Just create a new char. After entering the game for the first time, it will boost to 60lvl. After u take portal to SW/OG where are sellers with proper gear. Then u take portal to Outland and Ur good to go for testing/leveling in Outland.
