Put in my user name. Put in my password. Click login. Goes through the ENTIRE quick login sequence, then disconnects instantly before I get to see my character select screen. Every time. Help please :)

Hello, I am having very large ping spikes throughout my play experience in all zones, raids and dungeons. No other software or bandwidth hogging programs are being used on my end, and I've already contacted my ISP to confirm no issues on their end. I cannot seem to find a topic on this, and was curious how to fix it. Thanks!
