On both my characters, I can successfully send whispers on my end, but the receiver, doesn't see the messages. Also, when I try to send mail, the item i try to send, does not leave my inventory, but the money sent does, yet, the receiver, again, never receives nothing. Also, no-one can see my messages in chat, it seems like my account is banned from socializing.

How do I open a ticket for my issue, as I cannot find a place in "Help Request" that suits my problem?
