I have not played this game in some time (likely over a year) however when I returned earlier today I found I could not log into my account. I made this new one in order to submit this topic.
When I go to sign in to the game, it loads briefly (even saying 'success') before disconnecting immediately. I thought this could be a problem with my client, so I went to log into the website. When I did so however, the website claims to recognize neither my display name nor email address, despite the fact that I have the game files indicating that my display name is correct and even an email from elysium project sent to the email address I used.
I am not sure what the process is for providing the display name and email address in question. Any help to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated - I can provide the files and email as necessary.
Props to the dev team for creating such a fantastic game, I'm hoping I can rejoin soon!
