back in! thanks again!

My account is currently saying temporarily suspended. I was on vacation for two weeks and not sure if it was because I attempted to enter my password too many times last night (because I couldn't remember it right away) or if because it was compromised. I thought it would reset the next day, but it is still saying it and I reset my password twice now. Should I fill out a ban form or is there a way I can tell how or why it was suspended or for how long?
