Yes. So the account works. I'm able to login perfectly fine in game but it's only my rogue that is gone and I have 3 other characters there just lowbies though. When I try to use password recovery, It tells me the account name doesn't belong to any account but I am able to login perfectly fine. Also I tried signing up with a new account with my email address but it says it's taken by an account so i assume it is the one I already have. As for the Banning of the account, I never bought gold and have never used Botting. So there shouldn't be a ban on the account.

I have a lvl 34-35 Rogue that i had been playing on and quit for a couple months and I come back to find that he was missing? Can anyone help?
