Stopped playing for a few months. I tried my user ID and PW and got an error that "the information you have not entered is not valid". Tried another account and logged in with no problem. So, I recovered the password, and then re-set it. Yet I still can not log-in. Recommended steps for resolution?

This did not work..waited more than 45 minutes and am still unable to access my account. Still get the same error message.
