Then hwo do I find out what my game account name is

I played this version a while ago and everything worked fine now after a few month I can't log in. Every time I try to log in they say my account information is incorrect I have reset my password multipale times and using the same username as the one on the site

How do I set-up my realm list?

Everytime I try to log in it takes n hour while saying connecting only to then tell me ive been disconneted from the server
