Hello, I had a character on this server that was deleted around 10 march 2018 by a hacker. I talked to a GM yesterday(who confirmed it was a hacker) and he said he was going to forward the ticket to someone else and i should just wait. I waited 5 hours and noone replied. I was hoping the ticket would be answered by now but instead it was closed for no reason and without a reply. Can anyone assist me?
