public chats + whispers not working

I don't know how to add screenshots to the topic but the screenshots show that i talk on my own account but my guild mate cannot see my messages in /whisper or /s
  4. Hello I'm Inferni and on all of my characters on this account I am unable to whisper or interact with other players in /s /1 /2 /3 /4 chats. I can see everyone's messages but when I reply to them I can see the message but they can not. I already tried using a different account and that does work. I also tried making new characters and leveling them to lvl 10+ to see if i can whisper others but that doesn't work either. Deleting the WDB folder didn't help either If anyone can help me I'd be very grateful

no those are empty, the case is when i type any letter in the recipient box the error listed above occurs. when that happens I'm not able to mail anything and when i try the items stay in my bag but the fee for mailing the items does get removed

Hi! It seems to be impossible for me to mail items or gold to my alts, but when i do the mailing fee is taken from my bags but the items just stay in there. This is the error i get: Interface\FrameXML\MailFrame.lua:623: bad argument #1 to `strupper' (string expected, got nil) I have also looked into the FAQ for the mailing problem, none of the options seem to help
