Hi all, Since I started playing on Elysium servers I have had huge lag spikes and eventually disconnects. I have never had any similar problems in other games or other private servers. I was told by a game master that this could probably have something to do with my ISP blocking some connections, or something like that. He suggested that i tried a free VPN to see if this would fix the problem. Apparently connecting to a VPN while playing seems to fix the lag, however this is not durable in the long run. So... To my questions: 1. How can my ISP be at fault here? 2. If my ISP is blocking connections, why am I still able to connect to the server? 3. Can i do anything on my part besides connecting to a VPN service? 4. If I contact my ISP, what do i ask them to fix? :p Hope someone is able to help me, since this lag is unbearable to play with..

I did try that, and it seemed to work. I was just wondering if there was anything else I could do, cause if I'm going to pay to play on a private server, I want to pay to the server and not a VPN service :)

So the only thing i can really do is buying VPN service to fix my lag?
