I created a different account and I am able to log in.I can play,the realmlist is fine.But why I cant connect with this account? This is the account which haves my main email address.

Hello everybody, I have a strange problem with my account.I can log in with it on the website but when I try to log in the game its saying that the account its banned and gives me that message to contact Wow Europe staff. I don't even remember when I created this account,as I never played on this new server before.This is the account I used to play on the old server.So I just used the password recovery feature to acces it. What can I do to play because this is frustrating. Thank you Ohaci Mihai Alexandru
