I recently donated money for coins to change my characters name. I got an email saying payment was accepted but my account has no coins. I did use paypal because the payment wall will only let me donate 5 dollars which is 43 coins which you can't do anything with so pointless. Any help would be great. Thanks

2 days have passed still no reflection to my account. I donated again and remembered to add my username and email. still nothing as far as gold. anyone running this show?
