Hi all. I've searched the forum already with no answer.
Okay, so I'm trying to disable my accounts "pin number" that I'm pretty sure I didn't create but...
When I log into my account I'm confronted with this message...
"Enter the 6-digit code from the application in the page"
There is no code. What application? Where is it? The only thing on the page is a QR code that doesn't lead to a working URL. Why can't I just access my account settings with just my username and password?
I don't understand at all what to do here. Please help?
