So with the new pin system, I've so far not been let in. It just keeps saying the information I put in is wrong, which it's not. I enter my username, password and supposedly so the pin correctly but ins't letting me in. https://gyazo.com/af73f824ddd4418db4b7e86938efe48b It didn't even let me in onto the site so I could disable it and try again.

Alright thanks, will I be notified when this happens or do I just gotta log in with intervals?

I tried waiting now and still nothing, that is of course if it's Duo Mobile App you're talking about. You're working on a fix for this right? Would it be possible that you could go onto my account and disable 2 factor till it's resolved?

Google Authenticator? That's the Duo Mobile App right?
