Hi, I'm new here and I was trying to install the WoW package so I could play the game however I would always get the error message

ERROR # 121 (0x8510079) Version Mismatch
Program: C:\Users\light\Downloads\ElysiumWoW\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
DBFilesClient\VideoHardware.dbc has wrong number of columns (found 19, expected 22}
I tried to run the repair tool and I got a message saying that it couldn't connect to the server to download the repair packages. How would I go about fixing this issue? Any help would be appreciated!
