    Try turning off "auto self cast" in the regular interface options, I'm not looking at it right now but I think it's in the advanced tab. Also, consider giving Grid + Clique a try instead. I used HealBot for years with retail but for Vanilla it's not been great and i'm liking those two much better. Cheers!
