just wondering if me having a 8 paladin in the Restore Character is the reason it wont allow me to restore my 41 paladin with the same name

I had 100g on coin shop posted and its gone, but I never received coins for it! any pointers, I also had 94 gold for sale and I was able to refund that but I am sure that 100 gold is missing
