Faction change may take a couple of hours to days due to demand of services. Your character may be in the middle of its faction change. Check again in another day or two for results - ByuBay

Hello Elowan!! Have you tried clearing out your WDB and WTF files? Sometimes this can effect the client and cause it to crash. Also make sure your addons are not interfering with the loading of the client. Let us know if this helps 🙂 - Byu

Sorry for the late reply and I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. Please keep on reporting if you see anyone violating the ToU on Elysium. GMs are watching and are making sure that people are not violating the ToU. GMs can be watching at any moment so it is very important to be following the rules of the server. For all bugged quests in game, please contact a Game Master while playing on the server for help. They will be able to help you finish your quest there 🙂

As Lokie has stated before, this is not allowed. Please play only on one character at a time in game. A player can be qued for a battleground and farm for mats at the same time. Multiboxing in game is not allowed and can result in punishment towards both accounts.
