I (my character Okheals on Nighthaven) was recently questioned by one of the GMs ingame. Apparently i was accused of using speedhacks and some other software for "perfectly facing NPCs" (whatever that is) and was let go with a notice. My issue is that i wasn't given any details of how and when this happened and thus i wasn't really able to defend myself and i am certain i didn't use any 3rd party software (unless you count addons: NotGrid, Atlas, Questie).
I understand you can't disclose technical details of how are you detecting use of 3rd party software, but if i'm innocent and have been accused, I should be given opportunity to explain my behaviour especially since it might happen again and i will get banned for it.
