    "Noble Deaths"

    I'm on Nethergarde. Level 31 Warrior "Dehydrated". I cannot accept "Noble Deaths" anymore. After turning in "Foreboding Plans" I hit accept and it said I did not meet the requirements and does not show up on the quest giver anymore. I tried deleting my WDB folder but it did not solve the problem. WoWWiki says the quest level requirement is 27 so I'm well over. Maybe I'm missing something?
