I just paid for the coins 5 mins ago but does it usually take more than 5 minutes to see them?

Do you think my problem can't be solved then? It's a simple in-game mail malfuntioning. Check the logs and you'll see 40g deducted from my alt, but that amount never went anywhere! You won't even do this, will you?

I have a problem and it's still not solved after 3 days. I'm opening tickets for this everyday and it's not working. GM staff looks like a joke. 1st GM- Tells me he can't see or fix in-game mails but he's gonna communicate it to someone who can. Guess what... nothing happens. 2nd GM- Sends me in-game mail since I'm offline, basically saying the same thing. THE PROBLEM 3 nights ago my 40g mail got lost.
