I created a new account to post this on the forum. I forgot the password to my old account after not logging in for a while. I have the email and user name for the old account, so I used the password recovery option to get sent a new password. The new password that I was given by the reset service doesn't work. Even copy+pasting the password from the email into the website doesn't work. How can I fix this? I'd like to use my old account and access my new character.
