I was doing DM, then we are killing Vancleef and then i died in the middle of the boss, then i have to walk into the instance and go for the loot, when i gonna go to vancleef place, he dissapeared, this a bug or a instance mechanic?

If this is a bug, better give Vancleef head and the letter he drops
