I tried that but apparently it doesn't find characters with the same ending, i.e.: Ay finds a character named "Ay" but not "Aybo". Well that would explain it. I don't think I have. It's just weird for me because my friend could easily do it, but i guess he forgot that he did that 3 years ago. Oh well it was worth a shot. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated. 🙂 Aybo

Dear Support Team, back in 2016 when Nostalrius shut down i quit playing WoW. Now that I started again I read that i can get my characters back and my friend sucessfully did so a few days ago. Now my problem is that i can't quite remember my login/user name but none of the combinations i tried worked and neither do any of my two email addresses (there also aren't any emails from Nostalrius in those two accounts).
