Dear Support Team, back in 2016 when Nostalrius shut down i quit playing WoW. Now that I started again I read that i can get my characters back and my friend sucessfully did so a few days ago. Now my problem is that i can't quite remember my login/user name but none of the combinations i tried worked and neither do any of my two email addresses (there also aren't any emails from Nostalrius in those two accounts). Is there some way you can help me get my characters back? I can happily discuss this with you in Discord/TS. Big thanks in advance and best regards, Aybo

I tried that but apparently it doesn't find characters with the same ending, i.e.: Ay finds a character named "Ay" but not "Aybo". Well that would explain it. I don't think I have. It's just weird for me because my friend could easily do it, but i guess he forgot that he did that 3 years ago. Oh well it was worth a shot. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated. 🙂 Aybo
