Thank you for the response, Unsure how they logged in - but i didnt have 2FA 😞. Well while i cant get my gold back, you have the time line of when the gold was removed... maybe just remove the gold from their accounts if possible - i may sound bitter but rather they didnt have anything from their exploits lol.

Just logged on and all my gold on two main characters has disappeared :S It was there last night , so happened in past 12 hours ... Is there anyway to have someone look at this? Can provide more information if required - is it likely i can get back the lost gold ? Thank you,
