Proto Paradigm

I was looking at the token myself and am teetering on purchasing it. Could anyone confirm if what King posted works? And are these tokens account wide or only locked to a character?

My friend and I are looking for an active, English speaking guild (i.e. Guild mates who respond to requests with even a simple yes or no within guild chat and guild mates who do things together and are not just a guild to have a title floating above their head). If anyone could please direct me to such a guild it would be much appreciated.
