Hello! Havent played in a while and now i cant login to my account.. My Character is still there, which is called "Prey" on Nighthaven. I dont know why it says that my login name doesnt exist or the email ive used doesnt have any account tied to it. Would be nice to know if theres any way to get my account back If some kind of proof is needed, I know whats in my bank, old name, etc

I have tried both logging into the control panel and the game client and both say my username is wrong, but i 100% know that it was the one i used. I entered the account name on password recovery, but it says it doesnt exist?! I then tried putting in all my emails, but the only account i can find is a 2nd account with only a lvl 4 on it. It has almost the same username as the main account. Would be really frustrating to lose my only lvl 60 like that..
