I have been waiting a week now for that respond. Is there even a queue or they just randomly responding to things?

Hello, since yesterday I'm unable to send mail to anybody. The money disappears but the items stay. Also, no one sees my messages. Tried to write to [email protected] but mailer-daemon came, so not even that mail works. What is going on? Please HELP!

AND STILL DIDNT! So this in game ticket doesnt work, what now?

Only if they would respond to it, but they don't. :S
