Hello everyone, I have the problem that the name of my PJ has been used by another Horde player. My friends can't add me in their list, neither send me mails in game.

Hello, I have a level 16 Alliance warrior named Khared. No one can add me as a friend because there is another character from the Horde who has the same name. I would like to solve this issue so my friends can add me as their friend in-game. cheers! love you 😘
