I believe this quest is bugged. I've talked to a few guildies, and they are telling me they are having the same problem as I am. They are telling me to skip it.
From database information, I have read that 10 gorilla fangs must be collected before the second part of the quest can be activated. The problem is the NPC Witch Doctor Umbagwa does not have a quest attached to it. Videos I have viewed on youtube.com regarding this quest have the NPC with a blue quest marker attached.
Is the quest bugged?
