    Sometimes cone of cold do damage to mobs, but not add slowing effects, i checked logs many times, damage done-no slowing (GM told me delete WDB, but this didnt help)

    Hello, yesterday i find that Whip lashers dont droping any grass anymore. I did a tiket and GM answered that Lashers didnt Nerfed or smf. What happened, is this bug?
