Thanks Queeky, well global memes aside, why does the staff at Valkyrie not care about the letters? Do you guys see them as empty threats or do you simply not care? I'm assuming that most of the staff doesn't live in the EU, and that the server is just hosted there. I guess if most of the staff is in Russia then would I be correct in assuming that Blizzard essentially won't touch Russian citizens?

Hello, I just heard about this realm today. As I was reading the forums and FAQs, there were a few things that were not clarified. First, I understand the content will be released in accordance with vanilla Blizzard progression. However, will the gear from these dungeons have stats that are pre 1.12.1 or will they be the latest revisions (1.12.1)? Second, I know that this is intended to be an English-speaking server, but the actual server itself is located in Russia, correct? I ask because by now all vanilla server devs should know about Nostalrius and how it being in France didn't protect it from Blizzard's legal department. Third, if the server is in Russia, how likely is it that Blizzard's legal team could succeed with a C&D if this server becomes popular like Nostalrius? Also, I feel that these should be addressed in your FAQ. A lot of players will want answers to these questions. No one wants to spend months putting time into their characters only to have it not matter once Blizzard sends in a C&D. I've a feeling that this is based less on location and more on popularity.
